- PAMMORA acts from a rights-based approach to child development. We focus on enabling children, the youth and all stakeholder to realize their right to general wellbeing by eliminating the obstacles they face. By working in partnership and emphasizing innovation, scale and sustainability, we want to enable them fulfil their right to good health, quality education, family life, play and recreation and to help them to become responsible people and productive future citizens.
- PAMMORA works with already established structures like local governments, schools, other actors to deliver community generated solutions to identified community needs using the community driven development approach which has rightly cultivated the spirit of owning up interventions by the beneficiary communities and thus, grooming sustainability of projects.
- PAMMORA is cognizant of and appreciates the wealth of knowledge and experience, interests, needs and contributions its partners and stakeholders bring to the issues affecting the growth, development and wellbeing of children. Therefore, PAMMORA does not dictate the types of interventions or the approaches that partners and stakeholders use to address the needs of children.
- PAMMORA identifies and expands opportunities to reach the most marginalized and hardest to reach children and families and to help them raise children in the most deserving way. PAMMORA and its partners help children, households and communities to overcome the obstacles they face in raising children by addressing barriers their welfare through proven and innovative, locally appropriate interventions.
